

Grief Support: 6 Week Programme
Healing takes time, and you don't have to face it alone.
This 6-week grief support programme is designed to offer you a compassionate, safe space to process and heal from loss. Grief can come in many forms, whether it’s the loss of a loved one, a relationship, or even a significant life change. No matter where you are on your journey, I'm here to walk alongside you.
Each session(frequency fits around your needs), we’ll meet (available in-person and online) to explore different aspects of the grieving process, offering you practical tools, emotional support, and space for reflection.
Through a combination of telling your story, exploring feelings and memories using stories, journaling and even art. You will be provided with a workbook to help you through this time. I will also give you some gentle movement and breathwork to help you navigate your grief with grace and understanding.
This programme is about creating a nurturing environment where you feel seen, heard, and supported. Healing is a personal journey, but you don’t have to go through it alone. Let me offer you the tools and care to begin finding peace again, one session at a time.

Weekly sessions focusing on different stages of grief and healing and exploring your own personal journey in a way that works for you

we will talk and you will have homework that will include journal writing plus start to create a scrapbook if it is relevant.

Guided breathwork and meditations to help you when emotions are high

Gentle yoga and movement for emotional release if appropriate

Whilst this is offered as a 1-1 practice, I am happy to provide it for groups too
